Cystic Tumour of the Left Labium

The microscope revealed nothing but pigment granules with a few epithelial cclls hero and there : wheuco came tho strango colour of this secretion ? I thought it might be a disorganised hanuatocele, but certainly never heard of tho brown colour being assumed. Wus the colour duo to an abnormal collection of the ordinary pigment of the skin ? if so, why should so strange a locality bo chosen for the freak. I confess I am non-
